excellent article on the most overblown, overhyped, and overeating program and head coach in the country. How in the fu** was this piece of turd team ever ranked no. 2 to start the year. Whoever that guy is over at the snoreleader he needs a promotion and a raise. First good article out of the slums of espn in quite some time in my estimation

Terrible article. Nowadays, everyone loves to hate ND. What have they done? Nothing but win and lose with class. Weis has a legitimate gripe. How does a team that doesnt even play move ahead of a team that won????? Please explain that to me.

The article says that Tennessee is better than us...oh, maybe they forgot that we put the smackdown on Tennessee last year.

Let me ask you a question. Is Miami better than Notre Dame? I missed the Miami vs Ga Tech game today.

What has notre dame every done do you say? Do you mean besides the pis*ing and moaning and bitc*ing that i get to hear from or about them every year. "Oh their schedule is so tough", or "oh they are so cool for being independent" or "how is are head coach's heart still beating he weighs nearly 400 lbs.". I spit on notre dame and their class. what does beating tennessee last year have anything to do with this year. they would roll notre dame as willl any good team. the only thing more overrated than notre dame is the "tough" schedule they play. I have already planned my vacation to Hawaii based on the winnings I will have by betting against Notre Dame in a BCS game. thats the only reason I hope they make a BCS game, and they will become the most underserving at large team ever. past present and future.

If we're looking at last yr, didn't Ohio St roll Notre Dame in the bowl game?

So, Ohio St is still better.

Michigan rolled Notre Dame at home this yr, so they are better.

Tenn rolled Cal...now Cal is rolling everyone. Can't say the same for any Notre Dame opponent. So, since Cal is rolling, and Stanford is not, Tenn is better.

Notre Dame needed a miracle to beat Mich St, which needed a miracle to beat Northwestern, who lost to Central Mich (I think).

Stanford might win three games this yr...tough opponent, there.

Love the Middies, but overmatched. The fact that they were even in that game at one point...

I'd like to see Notre Dame put a few more SEC/Big 12 teams on their independent schedule.

True, ND beat Ga Tech, who may very well win ACC. But this is football, not basketball and with Miami, FSU and Va Tech not in the picture this yr, ACC just not as strong as yrs past. Very balanced top to bottom, but no stellar teams this yr.
