its the sound of the referees shoving it up the ass of the oklahoma team. oklahoma played better, won the game and had it taken away on that on side kick call. not to mention that pass interference call when the ball was tipped. I guess that is the only way a team other than USC in the pac 10 can get a quality win. PAC 10 Sucks.
Oklahama does it to themselves every week. If they would start playing some defense in the first half they wouldn't be in those situations. Last week they let arguably the worst team in the pac 10 hang in until the third quarter. It's always easy to blame the referees but the team should take the blame for never playing until the second half. Everyone bashes the pac 10 but they still have three top twenty five teams last time I checked.
Had the cheesy PAC 10 game officials had the guts to make the call on the field WRT to the on-sides kick, there's no W for Oregon.
Even the PAC 10 reply officials felt the heat that their conference sucks, and needed to give Oregon the call, not once, but twice....
Blaming Ok for the loss is ridiculous. They smacked the ducks all over the place, but were denied the W by two of the worst calls I've seen since the Superbowl XL officiating...
What PAC 10 game were YOU watching. The one where Oklahoma got two plays 3-5 seconds after the play clock expired, when one resulted in a 35 yard pass on third down? The one where Oregon was driving and Stewart lost a fumble, only when the replay showed he had both knees down prior to the fumble the review booth failed to overturn the call and it led to an Oklahoma TD? The one where Oklahoma scored a TD on a long pass where the Oklahoma receiver pushed off so hard it spun the defender 360 degrees but the refs failed to call offensive pass interference? I agree the on-side kick call was a bad call, but let's be fair. If all of those calls were made correctly, Oregon would have won going away.
Oregon, 3-0. Heading for a 10-2 season, IMHO.
Oklahoma, 8-4. I hear they may play Miami in the Boise Bowl.
I guess I was watching the same PAC 10 game where the officials stunk SO BAD in the final 1:12 of the game, the game and replay officials were suspended for 1 game for, as the report reads, numerous obvious errors....and even the PAC 10 Commisioner apologized to the Big 12 commisioner for the awful officiating....hmmmm

You'll get 6 wins b/c you play in the ACC. With powerhouses like Duke, UNC, , MD, and UVA, you should get at least 7 wins....throw in those traditional OOC powerhouses Houston and Fla Intl, I'd make those reservations for Boise now....
