UCF returns its whole O line, QB, the QB's favorite WR, and RB the was freshman of the year in their conference. Plus the D is looking pretty good under George O. Plus the game is in Orlando and I know UCF has trouble getting kids to games but they started to pull alot more people in by the end of last year and students see this as UCF's rival so the will show and be loud! Then there is the revenge factor. I will take UCF 27 USF 13.
I think this is easy. I like USF, especially since Central Florida is the favorite. A roll they are totally unfamiliar with. They still have to prove to me that they can win when they are supposed to win, especially in a rival game. Its easier to play loose when no one is really watching or expects anything from you. I think USF has a stronger defense and even though they are a little less experienced I think the advantages of playing in the Big East will show. USF has been on the rise for a couple of years.
